LOVINHOME offers you a variety of payment methods.

Please note that not all payment methods may be offered depending on order value, billing or delivery address, product type and delivery type.

If you choose prepayment, you can save twice – with our best prices and additional 5% discount on the value of goods!

All details such as bank details, transfer amount, etc., which you need to settle your order, you will receive in your order confirmation after you have sent the order. If your email address is available, then you will receive your order confirmation by email. Otherwise, we will send you the confirmation by mail or fax. Please understand that we already calculate the complete amount, even with a possible subsequent delivery. Of course, subsequent deliveries are always free of charge for you.

Please note that we reserve the goods for you for 5 days. If we do not receive any payment on our account until then, we ask for your understanding that we will cancel your order sent to us.

When calculating the delivery time of an order, please plan the additional duration of your transfer – as the shipment will be made only after the invoice amount has been credited to our account. As a rule, a bank transfer takes up to 1-3 working days extra.

Delivery times are only valid after receipt of payment.

PayPal is the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores – and it’s free.

Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only deposited at PayPal. That’s why they are not sent over the internet every time you make an online purchase.

The delivery address must be deposited at PayPal. In case of discrepancy, unfortunately we can not deliver your order.

For pickup a PayPal payment is not possible.

How does the payment by credit card work?

During the ordering process, select “Credit Card” as your payment method. Please enter your name, the credit card number and the check numbers and the expiry date of the card.

Where can I find the required data?

  • The credit card number is the stamped number sequence on the front of the card.
  • The check numbers are usually located on the back of your credit card. Check numbers are never stamped but always printed. For Mastercard and Visa, the check numbers are three digits. It’s the last three numbers in the signature field on the back. For American Express, the check numbers is four digits and is located on the front of the credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?
At the time of your order, the invoice amount is initially reserved, the final charge on your credit card is made with the shipment of the goods.

How do I deal with problems?
If there are problems with your order or credit card payment, please contact our customer service, please do not arrange a chargeback. This leads to unnecessary costs, which we may charge you.

3D Secure – What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a process developed by VISA (“Verified by VISA”) and MasterCard (“MasterCard SecureCode”) to secure credit card payments on the Internet and requires the additional input of a personal password. This makes the misuse of credit cards almost impossible.

If your card is already registered for 3D Secure, you’ll be prompted to enter your 3D Secure password after entering your credit card details. Subsequently, the payment process continues.

If your card is suitable for 3D Secure but has not yet been registered for the procedure, you will be asked in the next step to assign a 3D Secure password and to provide some data. These data are transmitted directly to your credit card issuing institution and are not visible to LOVINHOME or our payment service provider. After that, the payment process will continue and your card will be registered for 3D Secure, so you will need to confirm future purchases with the password you have given to 3D Secure participating merchants.

LOVINHOME offers customers from Germany convenient payment by invoice. Paying by bill means risk-free shopping for you. We grant you a term of payment of 8 days from the date of invoicing.

Please note that we only deliver from 25.00 EUR order value on account. For a first order delivery and billing address your home address – no company address! must be identical. For the processing we need your date of birth and a private phone number assigned to you.

Payment by invoice is possible for corporate customers. When paying by invoice, we reserve the right to demand a down payment for higher order values. Please note that we only deliver from 100.00 EUR order value on account. Payment deadline 8 days net.

Delivered goods remain the property of LOVINHOME until full payment of all existing claims. The extended retention of title applies.

With the SEPA direct debit system, you can conveniently pay for your order by automatically having the invoice amount collected after shipping.

When you complete your order, you can select SEPA direct debit from our various payment methods. Just enter your IBAN after the selection. By entering your data you confirm your agreement to collect the invoice amount.

When will my invoice be debited?
Only when your package is shipped, we will deduct the outstanding amount from your account. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by eMail from us.

How do I get my money back?

  • The credit is always made to the account from which the amount was withdrawn.
  • It may take up to five business days for the credit to be visible on your account.
  • For returns, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your package.

SEPA direct debit is not offered to me.
Unfortunately, some payment methods are not available for every order. If you are not offered SEPA direct debit, please select another payment method. We ask for your understanding that we can not influence the selection of the offered payment methods manually.

How safe is the direct debit procedure?
For secure transmission of your data we use the certified SSL encryption. Your bank, PayPal and credit card information is safe. In addition, you have an 8-week right of withdrawal, with which you can reverse the direct debit at your bank.
